Barro Condominium

The collective housing project in Loures proposes the construction of two buildings under horizontal ownership, distributed over Plots A and B, with the aim of creating a modern and functional residential environment.

Plot A:
In this plot, it is planned to create a multi-family building with a total of 13 autonomous units, distributed between types T1, T2 and T3. The building will consist of an underground floor (Floor -1) for parking, followed by 3 floors above ground level for housing, and a recessed floor considered to be the technical floor. The latter houses the storage spaces associated with the housing units and allows access to the roof for necessary maintenance. The gross construction area for this plot is 1,491.05 m².

Plot B:
The proposal for plot B, which borders Rua Curas, takes advantage of the rectangular shape and gentle slope of the land in a south-north direction to develop two single-family housing blocks. These blocks are made up of 9 independent units, with 2 floors above ground level, totaling a gross construction area of 1,677.78 m². The layout of the buildings follows the natural profile of the land, adapting to the various access thresholds.
