This project aims to create a collection of tourist apartments in Ericeira, situated in an area predominantly made up of single-family residences that reflect the traditional architecture of the region. The proposal emphasizes an architectural approach with a human scale, harmonizing with the surrounding environment and seeking to integrate seamlessly into the context without imposing upon it.

Throughout the development, special attention was given to preserving the authenticity of the local architecture, incorporating characteristic elements such as porches, a hallmark of vernacular construction. At the same time, a careful interpretation of this architectural heritage introduced touches of modernity, creating a balance between honoring tradition and meeting contemporary needs for comfort and functionality. This approach enables the project to respond to present-day demands while maintaining a strong connection to the area’s history and local identity.
